Maribyrnong Community Residential Facility Transitional Support Program
The Maribyrnong Community Residential Facility provides temporary accommodation and wraparound support to men leaving prison in Melbourne who would otherwise be homeless – a circumstance experienced by half of Victoria’s prison population, and a factor that can see people return to custody shortly after release.

Connexions was founded in 1996 and is Victoria's first dual-diagnosis service. Connexions supports young people aged 16-28 years old who have a dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use issues. We provide assertive counselling, casework and advocacy support to participants, and also offer secondary consultation, training and support to other workers.

Reconnect provides up to 12 months of transitional assistance to adults exiting prison in Victoria. The program acknowledges and addresses the challenges many people face in successfully returning to the community after their release from prison, and ensures a safer and stronger community by addressing the underlying factors that contribute to re-offending.
